Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

About the role
Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is looking for compassionate CNAs to provide hands-on care to long-term residents and short-term rehab patients. You'll work under the supervision of licensed nurses as part of a team that treats residents like family.

What you'll do

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and meals
Help residents with mobility, transfers and repositioning, using lifts when needed
Take and record vital signs, weight, intake and output
Observe and report changes in a resident's condition to the charge nurse
Document care accurately in the electronic health record
Keep resident rooms safe, clean and dignified
Give clear shift-to-shift handoffs
Requirements

Active state CNA certification in good standing
6+ months of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing or rehab preferred (new grads welcome)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
