What changed
Automatic stage rules
For each vacancy decide what a score should do: invite to the interview above one resume score, reject below another, move to Final or reject by the interview score. Rules are off by default. Switch them on when you create a vacancy or later on its page, where a change previews how many current candidates it touches. A recruiter's decision is never overridden.
Ashby integration
Link a vacancy to a job in Ashby. Applications are imported and scored automatically, and interview results are posted back to the candidate's Ashby profile.
Search and filters across candidates
Find candidates on the board by skills, education and companies, combine filters with search, and watch the counts update as you narrow down.
Try the interview yourself
Open a vacancy and start a three-minute test interview to hear how Corra runs your script before you invite anyone.
Smarter Corra
Corra answers questions about candidates and vacancies more precisely and carries out confirmed actions more reliably.
Faster resume scoring
Scoring runs more than twice as fast, so a new application shows its score within seconds.
Interview engine
The interview page loads once and never reloads mid-flow. If the video persona cannot connect, the interview continues as a voice call automatically.
Works on your phone
The whole workspace now fits a phone screen: a bottom navigation bar, the pipeline board with touch drag between stages, candidate and vacancy pages laid out for narrow screens, and interviews that adapt to any device.
And more
Every company gets a public job board, duplicate candidate records were merged into one person, and dozens of smaller fixes landed.
